Week 4 — Realign
Integration, Boundaries & Sustainable PracticeRestore coherence between your inner life and professional role while strengthening boundaries, clarity, and long-term sustainability. This is not a training, certification, supervision group, or coaching cohort. It is a practitioner integration space designed to strengthen the foundation from which you work.
-
Practitioners are often trained to support the healing and transformation of others without equal attention given to their own inner process. Over time, emotional intensity, relational complexity, and the demands of holding space can lead to burnout, overextension, and disconnection from one's deeper source of wisdom and vitality. This circle is for practitioners who:
Hold emotional, therapeutic, or transformational work with others
Want greater nervous system regulation and resilience
Experience emotional absorption, fatigue, or burnout
Seek deeper integration between psychology, somatics, and intuition
Are interested in Jungian and depth-oriented approaches
Desire a more sustainable and aligned relationship with their work
-
Four live online group sessions
Guided somatic and reflective practices
Jungian-informed teaching and discussion
Practitioner process inquiry
Reflective journaling prompts
One private integration session
Small-group setting for meaningful dialogue and support
-
Participants often leave with:
Greater nervous system regulation and emotional resilience
Increased awareness of unconscious and relational dynamics
Clearer boundaries and reduced emotional entanglement
Enhanced symbolic and intuitive awareness
Reduced burnout and greater practitioner sustainability
Stronger alignment between inner life and professional practice
